We absolutely loved this place! The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city center, surrounded by iconic landmarks and a mall. The hotel itself is stunning, with its Moorish architecture and spacious layout. The room we stayed in had a breathtaking view of the mountains, which made our stay even more memorable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. And let's not forget the outstanding breakfast buffet, with its wide variety of local and Western dishes - it was a food lover's dream! we highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and conveniently located accommodation.

The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the city. It’s close to the main attractions and within walking distance of the shopping area. the room is spacious and comfortable. the bathroom is clean and modern. the staff provides exceptional service that’s really impressive. the breakfast is extensive with many options, both western and local food.

The outdoor dining area can be uncomfortable under the morning sun.

Perfect for City Break and Great Amenities the hotel has the perfect location for a city break. It is located in the heart of the town and has convenient access to all the city attractions, eateries, and convenient stores. the amenities of the hotel made the stay pleasant. the swimming pool was refreshing and a great way to unwind after exploring the city. the fast wifi and comfortable beds are worth mentioning & the hotel offers a bike for exploring the city which was an added bonus.

Needs some updating Although the hotel has a great location and amenities, it needs some updating. the rooms lack soundproofing, and it can be bothersome to hear the traffic noise from the busy road.

Incredible Moorish architecture, perfect location near iconic Jam Gadang, opposite a mall and famous Pasar Bawah, friendly staff, bar with stunning Merapi mountain view, great breakfast with traditional Indonesian food.

We loved the hotel's central location near many attractions, including the iconic Jam Gadang tower and Sianok canyon. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel facilities were spacious and stylish. Additionally, we found the hotel to be very clean and it offered a delicious breakfast every morning.

There was nothing we didn't like. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this city and at the hotel.

During my xmas stay in this hotel, I enjoyed the comfortable and clean room facilities. The hotel's location was also very convenient, just a short walk away from the main square and shopping areas. Additionally, I appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff who made my stay more enjoyable.

I was disappointed with the limited breakfast menu, with no variety in the dishes offered. The hotel's rates were also quite steep for its level of facilities and amenities, which didn't feel fair. the hotel left a lot to be desired, and I wouldn't recommend it for anyone looking for a great stay in the area.
